Fildena 100 contains 100 mg of Sildenafil Citrate, which is typically the starting dose for men with erectile dysfunction. The usual recommendation is to take Fildena 100 about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. The effects can last for about 4 to 6 hours.
You can take Fildena 100 with or without food. However, taking it with a high-fat meal may delay its onset of action, so it may take longer for the medication to work if you eat a large, fatty meal beforehand.
Fildena should not be taken more than once per day. Taking more than one dose in 24 hours may increase the risk of side effects.
