I went to the Kenya Airways Hong Kong Office with my family to get assistance with our tickets, and we received excellent service. They were willing to give us all we needed to know about our vacation and were quite polite. When my mother inquired about food, they graciously responded. We could talk to someone without having to wait long because the office was not very crowded. We all felt more confident about our journey after the calm encounter. We are grateful to Kenya Airways for the great help you gave us.
